Worm Gear Screw Jacks of the standard range abbreviated "SJ" are characterized by a simple, sturdy design and have proved most successful for more than 20 years. Depending on the Nominal Size the worm shafts are hardened and polished or not hardened. The standard models of "SJ" are grease lubricated and consequently more suitable for low to medium lifting speeds and driving outputs. "SJ" are manufactured in different Nominal Sizes and Designs.
High Performance Worm Gear Screw Jacks Type "HPJ"
High Performance Worm Gear Screw Jacks, abbreviated "HPJ" are characterized by a completely new gear construction accomplished according to the most modern and technological and economical research. Optimal matched materials and heat transfer connected with sturdy axial and radial bearing application of the worm wheel allow high lifting speeds and driving outputs. The "HPJ" are oil lubricated; the lifting screw is grease lubricated as with Standard "SJ". The driving worm shafts of all Nominal Sizes are hardened and polished.
Quick Lifting Bevel Gear Screw Jacks "QBJ"
Quick Bevel Gear Screw Jacks, abbreviated "QBJ", are a supplement to our range of worm gear screw jacks. The "QBJ" do not use worm gearing but bevel gearing. Therefore, high lifting speeds up to 12 m/min and more are possible. Gleason spiral bevel wheels and sturdy bearing selection by means of taper roller bearings provide, in spite of high speeds extremely smooth running. The gears are oil filled and are manufactured in 3 different Nominal Sizes.
